Here at Explore Highland, we love the great outdoors. Based centrally in the Scottish Highlands, Inverness is surrounded by beautiful landscapes, wildlife but best of all a plentiful water supply for paddling on.
With our fantastic Highland climate and geology, we always have a choice of rivers to paddle. And with the world famous Loch Ness and the Moray Firth on our doorstep, and the west coast of Scotland less than an hour drive, we are simply spoilt for choice.

If you opt to join us on a wild camping multiday adventure/expedition, we will ensure that your learning curve continues off the water as well. Once the tents are up and the Kelly Kettle has boiled, we will keep you entertained until sunset with various camp craft, bush craft, survival skills and folk lore.
We may be bias, but we feel there is no better location to explore!
